Çimstone operates as a manufacturer of premium quartz-based composite stone slabs. As such, our corporate liability is strictly limited to the structural integrity of the raw slabs we produce and supply to our global distribution network.
For alleged defects in slabs claimed to originate from the production process, Çimstone will conduct an official on-site inspection at the location of the application.
If the defect is definitively proven to originate from factory slab production, Çimstone will compensate for the incurred damage proportionally to its fault. Çimstone retains the sole right to choose between repairing the defective product or replacing the product with a new slab to remedy the damage. Our liability is limited to performing one of these actions.
